Monthly coaching memberships are automatically billed each month through Carepatron, allowing you to enjoy uninterrupted coaching, ongoing support, and included wellness services throughout your membership.

Individual coaching sessions are paid at the time you book your session through Carepatron.

If you qualify for a Senior, Veteran, First Responder, Law Enforcement, Firefighter, EMS, or Disability Discount, please contact me before booking your first session so your discounted rate can be applied.

Your sessions are conducted securely through Carepatron, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
