 No. Our services are meant to complement your existing care plan. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, offer medical advice, or create individualized meal plans. We encourage clients to maintain regular communication with their licensed healthcare providers. 

 Reiki is a non-invasive energy therapy that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural healing processes. While traditionally considered a secular modality, we offer Reiki in a Christ-centered context, inviting the Holy Spirit into each session and maintaining alignment with biblical truth. 

 As an ACEhealth and wellness coach, I help you build sustainable habits in areas like nutrition education, movement, sleep, stress management, and spiritual self-care. Coaching is client-led, goal-focused, and always grounded in encouragement and accountability. 

 This Christ-centered journal is a powerful tool for clients to reflect, pray, track progress, and build new lifestyle habits between sessions. It includes prayer prompts, emotional wellness check-ins, and space for gratitude, goals, and growth.
